~ tonight's training ~

today i tink already is my years of 10 + few months of joining Taekwondo..
today is the friday class again.. i dont know why?? my training is getting worse n worse.. I can't even GO BETTER.. T.T .. why?? i don't know..

I'd disaapointed sir .. and MYSELF..

I got my ambition to go all those big big or small small competition.. to fight with more and more different fighter in Malaysia .. and ALL OVER THE WORLD .. but...

I think is hard to reach my ambition.. but I will train harder and harder .. I promise..

Today is also a different night.. some visitors came my centre.. hope our training won't give a bad image to them.. coz sir say we all so malu to show so bad training to visitors..
