Having last exam tomorrow.. but on msn for few days d.. haha.. don't know what to write le..
Now, talk about some Friendship things.. since weiwei talking FLC { Friendship Life Cycle }..

Maybe I describe that to BCG Growth..

Question Marks:
Has the potential to gain market share and become a star.
[ We know each other from the first day we met, which maybe become a best friend of whole
life. ]
Managament has to think hard about which question marks it should try to build into stars and which it should be phased out.
[ Trustworthy have to be build in each others heart, and try to know each other well. ]

Stars:
They need heavy investment to finance this rapid growth.
Will turn into cash cows when it's industry matures.
[ We talk everything we know.. we play, we make fun, we sad, we share!! no secret between..
fool each other, joking each other. ]

Cash Cows:
Generate more cash than they consume. { slower growth }
[ This stage will only happen when we leave each other and go to another place to study and
works.. cannot meet each other but keep in touch always, which happen slower and lesser
communications. ]

Dogs:
Are cash traps because of the money tied up in a business that has little potential.
[ This stage will only reach if and only if we go to heaven. ]

~ and after dogs, will go back to question marks where we are born again and when we intro each other again. ~
