~ Commitment ~

In a team, each and everyone should do their best to achieve the goal of whole team.

Although some of them can't do the good one but at least they try their best and give lots of commitments in it!

It doesn't matter you are Superman or Batman! It is matter if you did not put your effort to do it!!

Well, do something to prevent the broken of the team!! BUT !! making some stupid decision according to your own personal feeling is not a GOOD way to solve problems!!

What is that means by " He Quit! I Quit! " ?? Does someone say he is confirm to quit or what??

Without finding a way to solve the problem but to go depends on own feelings, it will only make thing WORSE!!

Once in the team, nothing is working or going in a individual way.. If it is, so why we group up? why we called ourselves as a team?! That's no point to do that..

Do you think once you quit is just your own problem?? NO!! It does affect the whole team as well!!

" Why are some peoples so stupid to do so many things to prevent the damage of a team while another is broking it?! "
